A lot of people have complaints about this but I couldnt be happier. Everyones like "BRING ROBERT BACK!" But why? A remake with the same actor would be completely pointless. Plus, we have a GREAT actor playing Freddy here! Jackie Earl Haley is a GREAT actor, and if you havent seen any of his movies check out "Watchmen" or "Little Children", 2 movies I know you will enjoy and get to know Haley as your new Freddy Krueger.

I think the new glove design is interesting, no REAL complaints there. I am glad they stuck with the sweater ofcourse. And how about that new look and sound? It seems Brad Fuller wanted Freddy to be a REAL burnt victim in this one, the burnt lips, exposed jaw, etc. And the voice is how a burnt victim would talk.

I am really loving this movie. Usually I hate these remakes, with the exception of the Texas Chaisnaw Massacre remake and the Hills Have Eyes remake (2 sucked...). Friday the 13th was a HUGE dissapointment (just not that classic F13 feel...) and TCM: The Beginning was just... horrible!

I say this movie is a HUGGGE step up for Freddy from FVJ (Freddy VS Jason). I can't wait for it to come out in theaters!

I can not waite for this movie to come out.... I am actually like some of these remakes that they are coming out with... I actuallt see them as a new chapter of the movie cause they are never the same as the first movies. I am just so up set that is is coming out in nov.! lol

I am cautiously pessimistic, its a Michael Bay Production and I dont like how they seem to be doing the Frecddy Backstory but I want to see it succeed
